Theme: Indigenous Peoples and the Sustainable Development Goals
Adopted by the United Nations in 2015 as a follow-up to the Millennium Development Goals, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) have since become a global agenda. In keeping with the goals’ aim to “Leave No One Behind,” this conference seeks to examine the location of indigenous peoples in this international framework.
